Description
The exercise program for security guards aims to improve the skills needed for their tasks and responsibilities.
It is essential for our security guards to practice because they face opponents who are unpredictable and aim to negatively impact organizations and businesses. Practicing ensures that security guards can perform necessary actions better, faster, and more effectively during stressful moments, where making the right decisions quickly and under pressure is crucial.
What you'll learn
An exercise instructor who has completed the course "Exercise Instructor for Security Guards" can select exercises from the general program that fit the specific tasks and duties of security, and translate this into a training policy plan and annual training plans.
The training program includes theoretical lessons, personal and team skill exercises, and scenario training.
The course emphasizes the importance of training, so the instructor can explain to the team why it is crucial.
Attention is also given to the practical aspects of exercises: how to prepare, organize, conduct, and evaluate them.
Exercises are recorded in a Security Passport. The method of recording is also covered in this course.
Certification to RHSOI, RHSO and RSO
A certified exercise instructor RHSOI can nominate security guards, who have been adequately trained, based on the security passport to become RSO or RHSO.
This e-learning is the first step to becoming certified as an RHSOI instructor, providing all the necessary information for the role.
The second step involves completing a questionnaire to demonstrate understanding and application of the information.
The third step is obtaining the annual license to use the materials and (if needed) receive guidance and support for the startup and training program.
A key part of the license is the initial audit required to certify as an RHSOI instructor.
This course will explain the audit process.
